Baked Pork Chops
Pork Chops (pkg)
Lemons (depending on how many chops)
1 teaspoon brown sugar per chop
Water
Ketchup
Salt and pepper
Trim fat off pork chops and place in a single layer in a glass pan.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place a
slice of lemon on each chop and at least 1 teaspoon brown sugar over
the slice.
Make a mixture of of half ketchup and water and pour it around the
chops until they are just covered.
Bake for about 1 hour in a 350 degree oven, do not cover.
